PERCEPTIBLE INFORMATION
The design communicates necessary information effectively to the user, regardless of ambient conditions or the user's sensory abilities.
SIMPLE AND INTUITIVE USE
Use of the design is easy to understand, regardless of the user’ s experience, knowledge, language skills, or current concentritaion level. The road and the pavement ongoing with the edge of it have the same hight. The construction which should allocate cars and pedestarians lost its function. The traffic sign and tree which are put into the middle of the peddastrian road. Unnecessary occupy space traffic sign should be near the road on the edge of the pavement. Smilarly the ramp located next to stairs do not reach anywhere, while stairs reach the door.
SIZE AND SPACE FOR APPROACH AND USE
No matter the body size, position and movement of the users', the design should be usable and accessible. All physical elements are to be seen easily and important elements should be always suitable for all users sitting or standing. The settlement of the chairs is made without considering this principle. In b1, the diaphone put in a lower level than a standard human body length is hard to use.
TOLERANCE FOR ERROR
The system should have minimum risks and be able to prevent those risks. Moreover, it should inform about those risks even they seem unimportant or simple mistakes. The difference between two edges of the ramp made for disabled people may be harmful for disabled people. The metal sticks which are too big may cause very serious damages if they falls down. Other than this, for children, there is no warning around them.
LOW PHYSICAL EFFORT
The system should be designed in a comfortable and minimize the physical effort. In the system, repetitive attitudes are to be avoided. The ramp made for disabled people is too scarped that a disabled person cannot use by himself/herself and moreover, it is still too hard with the help of a second person.
FLEXIBITY IN USE
The system include different usage methods and be flexible for users' speed, sensibility and rituals. The ramp located right near the stairs may be made for disabled people but it does not continue and loses its meaning. Again, the ramp near the stairs does not reach somewhere and after it, there are more stairs but with no ramps this time.
EQUITABLE USE
The design should be for all types of users. It should offer equal opportunities for everyone. High walkways are obstacle for elderly people accrossing streets. Moreover, generally, there are stairs in front of the entrances of very common public places such as cash dispansers or government agencies and this poses an obstacle for disabled people.
